No. BrandRush is a premium digital marketing agency providing brand strategy, paid media, SEO, CRO, analytics and campaign delivery for businesses. We do not sell SaaS licences, IT helpdesk services or standalone web builds without marketing strategy.

No. Marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, budget, creative execution, platform policies and audience response. We provide strategy and delivery, but we do not guarantee rankings, sales figures, viral reach or return on investment.

Engagements typically begin with a brand-growth briefing, followed by a diagnostic phase, strategy definition and acquisition system build. We offer monthly marketing retainers for ongoing delivery, project-based engagements for specific initiatives, and strategy sprints for compressed onboarding. Minimum retainer commitments vary by scope.

Retainer engagements typically begin from S$8,000 per month for integrated delivery, excluding media spend. Project engagements and strategy sprints are scoped individually. We are transparent about whether your budget can support meaningful results — we prefer honest conversations over overselling.

Yes. We plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Media spend is typically billed separately from agency fees, with full transparency on platform costs, management fees and reporting. Clients retain ownership of ad accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Monthly performance reviews cover channel efficiency, creative performance, SEO progress, conversion metrics and pipeline contribution where CRM integration permits. Dashboards are built around commercial intent — not vanity metrics. We discuss what the data means and recommend budget reallocation when warranted.

Absolutely. Many clients retain in-house brand or content functions while engaging BrandRush for performance marketing, SEO, analytics and strategic direction. We operate as a strategic partner and delivery extension — not a replacement for internal capability where it exists.
